- The story of Timothy is a "Creepypasta" on the internet, explaining how he was in the original cut of the TV episode Ghost Train but was cut out in fear of being too frightening for the target audience. T1E2H3 100% believes this story is truly false since it's the fact that Timothy never really appeared in the Railway Series books at all, and if the story was true, it would be all over the news. Many others, including Kanefan701 and 22Tesla have given their own adaptations to the story, with the former having done a full movie called Ghost Train: The Untold Story of Timothy.
- Gordon's scream was used from Roger Klotz's scream from the TV Series Doug (Disney Version Only).
- This marks the only time Timothy the Grey Tank Engine appears in The Engines of Sodor. It also marks the only time Timothy the Clay Works Engine is mentioned.
